Return Policy:


At the nut bar we take utmost care in ensuring that we always provide you with the best and fresh quality product.

However if you wish to return a product, please read following criteria carefully.


Due to public and food safety regulations, perishable items cannot be returned. 

Therefore we will NOT accept returns for:

  • changed your mind
  • individual's taste preferences
  • incorrect selection through online store


 We will accept returns under the following conditions only:

  • The product has exceeded the Best before date when received by you.
  • The wrong product has been supplied  by us.
  • The product is considered faulty upon investigation by us.


For all returns that meet the  above criteria, 

1) Return for purchases through retail store: The product must be returned accompanied by a receipt within 5 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

2) Return for purchases through online store: Customer must contact us at admin@thenutbar.com.au with photographic evidence of the faulty item.Our customer service team will team will send instructions for returns upon investigation. Full refund will be provided once the product has been returned to us.
